Ribbon knife, full texture coverage
- Added the Ribbon knife skin with its own swing animation and equip sound.
- Galaxy, Inferno and Matrix now cover all fifteen primary weapons.
- Fixed skins re-applying after a respawn while a config was locked.
Texture-based packs
- New texture path for packs that ship art instead of meshes.
- Skin configs are now saved per weapon slot.
- Reapply after respawn is roughly twice as fast.
